Our solution programmatically checks the repository for an existing file named after each workflow, updates files when workflows change, creates new files for new workflows, and ignores unchanged workflows to keep commits clean and meaningful.<\/p>\n

From a service perspective we configure secure credentials, repository structure (owner, repo name, path), and an automated schedule or webhook trigger so backups run continuously or on-demand. We deliver this as a managed n8n workflow that leverages the n8n node and lightweight transform code (requires n8n v0.198.0+) so it integrates seamlessly with your CI\/CD and compliance processes.
